Good nutrition is about proper balance. There is room for all foods in your diet it's just a matter of arranging them. There are sometimes foods and everyday foods. My plan is about moderation not deprivation. There is no magic bullet and no one size fits all diet. Your eating plan can be as unique as you are. The important thing is to look at the whole picture. That is the basis of holistic nutrition.

The food we consume has the macronutrients and the micronutrients we need to be the building blocks of our bodies. Like with any structure, shoddy materials will yield a shaky foundation and a weak product. Quality food will produce an attractive , strong individual that others will admire. |
